Nothing is currently commercially available, but one company does make a whole-grain gluten-free bread with sprouted beans, which can provide a significant benefit http://www.julianbakery.com/bread-product/purity-bread/.
I understand you want a readymade bread, but if you do at some point choose to make your own, the Trim Down Club recipe for SWG bread (link below) can be used with gluten-free sprouted whole grain flours (second link).
