I downloaded a 14 day plan but realized that I would have a mounting pile of leftover stuff that I had prepared for each meal, plus each uses a lot of things I would have to buy each time I made a meal. I’ve decided to just use the list of foods and info in “getting started to try to create meals that follow the guidelines and use what I have before launching into great new shopping sprees. I like the concepts behind this program. I am a bit worried about the amount of cheese involved because of the cholesterol, but I do love cheese.

I agree Bonnie.. I would like to see the recipes make maybe 2 or 3 servings at most
