I am just starting and I am very excited. The menu that was suggested just will not work for me. I only eat vegs., fruit, turkey, chicken salad, tuna salad, fruit smoothies(that I mix)and fresh salads with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, cut up turkey pieces, graded carrots, almonds and a little graded cheese. I only drink water, milk, crystal light, tea and green tea. I have whole wheat bread with my chicken and tuna salads. I really am at a loss where to start now. I usually eat yogurt or fruit for my snacks.
