We are simple eating people,meat & 3 veg.I am having difficulty with menu provided to me.A typical days menu is;breakfast – 1weetbix,1 cup ricebubbles with 1 cup skim milk and a cup of tea with skim milk no sugar.snack – 6 pistacip nuts,4 dried apricots,6 almonds.lunch – tuna & salad,1 ricecake and a piece fruit.snack – piece of fruit.dinner – meat(pork chop or chicken or meatballs) & 3 veg,fresh fruit salad.Winter time we have lots of homemade veg soup and stews and casseroles.Am I on the right track or could you give me a menu similar to what we are already eating.

Hi, Anne. The best thing to do is to be sure that when you go through the Menu Planner, you check off only the foods you normally eat. If the availability of items is too low, or too many items are needed to complete the Menu Planner, please do let us known.
