Hello! Just starting out. Has anyone had success when planning meals just using the recipes vs. creating a menu? The hard part about the menu planning for me is with my disability cooking takes a lot of effort, so I like to have lunches that I do not need to spend time cooking.

Hello everyoneI just joined this week and am still sorting through the topics. I really thougth this program was designed to help group food so that they work better for you. Am I missing a topic somewhere? Any suggestions? I wondered how many carbs/proteins to eat and when?

Is anyone else frustrated with the food suggestions? I’ve never heard of some of these ingredients. It seems it’s going to cost a fortune to shop and what if you don’t like the items/recipes?
