MemberI have had a Krupp’s ounce scale for years. I find that weighing is soooo much better than eye-balling it. I also keep my measuring cups hanging over my sink. For me it is all about portion control and eating slowly.

MemberScales are great. To eyeball it, consider that 3 ounces is about the size of a deck of playing cards.

MemberOssie, I joined about a month ago and am still having a problem with my bms. They are constant. I rememher you said they would adjust after a while. I have lost 4 pounds and have followed the plan very closely. All this fiber is doing me in. Help.

MemberHi, inastrvl. Sorry to read. Are you drinking at least 6-8 glasses of water per day, including with the sources of fiber? That is the most important thing.
Try also to get probiotics – yogurt with live cultures, once or twice per day. Have you tried that?May 2, 2013 at 5:13 pm #11427inastrvl

MemberGreek yogurt is definitely one type – but still be sure to check the label to make sure to check the label for active/live cultures.
