was a success! Only 3 pounds, but at this rate I’ll be below 200 next week, and to my goal of 180 by the time I go to Jamaica next Christmas! That, and I feel much healthier. It’s so easy when I have a menu which tells me what to eat. I have no problem following it, because it’s all good food! My wife loves that I’m on a diet which I eat and don’t starve myself.
