Just started on Monday after discovering the site when I was researching Joseph Pilates for a blog I was preparing. (Today is National Pilates Day, btw.)Your add was right below and the headline about Foods to Avoid caught my eye. Then I kept reading and the metablolism science made sense to me. I’ve lost 3 lbs already! Not much to some of you, but beats the heck out of gaining three. I’m a writer and to get my job done, I have to keep my butt in the chair. I do Pilates twice a week and walk at a mall on 3- 4 other days. I like getting the snacks and the SWG bread is good, too. I’m eager to see if this plan continues as well as it’s started.
