Is orange juice allowed or not??
I am new to this program.
Before I joined, the video mentioned that one of the worst foods for you to consume are juices. I looked at a recipe on here for the orange-carrot smoothie and the first ingredient is orange juice!
I’m guessing it is okay since it is in combination with other foods, but if anyone can clear this up that would be great!
Thanks!
It said concentrated OJ was out but fresh squeezed juice is o.k. I wonder if “simply OJ” is o.k.
Hi, iuse2bthin. In choosing fruit juice products, it is best to stick with small brands that need to be refrigerated. Even Simply Orange Juice (owned by Coca Cola – something to take into consideration) is considered to be very processed.
