Ingredients

  1. 10 Egg whites
  2. 2 Whole eggs
  3. ½ cup Diced red bell pepper
  4. ½ cup Chopped spinach
  5. ½ cup Diced onion
  6. 1 oz Cheddar cheese
  7. ⅛ cup Milk
  8. 2 Tbsp Crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Pour into an 8×8 baking dish (round or square) prepared with non stick spray or olive oil.
  3. Bake 350°F for 35 minutes.
