Is it alright to use Truvia a Stevia sweetener? It is natural.
Hi, MaryLinda. While Stevia is natural, the process used to make Truvia is not so much – it includes the use of acetone, methanol, ethanol, acetonitrile, and isopropanol. If you like Stevia, we would recommend a less processed product such as Sweet Leaf. If you don’t like the taste, try monk fruit sweetener.
