I’m worried a lot of the terminology sounds American?? where do I get half of the ingredients from?
Hi, ingathurlow72. These foods are available in many countries. Where do you live?
Hello
I live in the South West, Uk 🙂
Hi, ingathurlow72. This program was recently upgraded to include foods and food terms consistent with those used in the UK. Note that some of the foods here are new to many people, selected for their positive effects on metabolism, but are unfortunately not widely known. We encourage you to ease into the program, using mostly what you have in your cupboards, and selecting a few new foods to try each week (sometimes even just a healthier version of what you used to use) until you build a collection of healthy foods that you like.
If you have questions about specific foods, please do feel free to post here.
