Hi, I just started the club & would like to know if agave natural sweetener is an ingredient that’s on the plan. If not, what would b a good substitute for sweetening fresh lemonade?
Hi, daviss, and welcome! We don’t really recommend agave because it can affect the liver in a way that may work against your efforts here. Preferred alternatives include coconut sugar (there is no coconut taste), monk fruit, and xylitol. Thank you for being so helpful!
