Tagged: Workout meals
I am new to the club and have a question.
I workout in the morning and for the most part I am not hunger before or right after my workout, however I do eat and drink a protein shake. What I am planning on doing is dividing my breakfast into my pre and post workout meals. Is this a good thing to do and will it keep me on tract with the program so I will loose weight or do I need a separate pre and post workout meal and eat my breakfast according the the menu planner.

Hi, Delice. Your idea sounds fine, especially if you have the snake before your work out and have your mid-morning snack later. Be sure also to get in your night snacks to fuel up for the morning.
