Living in the UK, we have lots of different sized cups – coffee, tea, mug etc . Which size does the menu refer to? Any chance of a capacity value?
if you look at the bottom of you weekly menu it gives you a link for sizing http://www.trimdownclub.com/right-sizing-food-preparation/ in there click on the link for the table and it tells you there, it is 8floz or 240ml
hope this helps, and if you find out the size ovf a glass, i would be gretfu
