Where can you buy SWG items. I have never heard of it and can’t find SWG in my local supermarkets or stores?

Most stores carry Ezekial(not sure if that is spelled correctly) bread. It is located in the frozen grocery section. That is the only SWG bread I can get locally but at least I have access to that. Small towns a little tougher to get some things.

Hi, Jean, and thanks, ALovett. Ezekiel is the gold standard, and may SWG products can be purchased online, including through Amazon. Note that some SWG products are called various other things, such as just “sprouted,” and you need to make sure they are also whole grain. As for stores (assuming you are in the US), the following carry SWG products: Whole Foods Market, TraderJoe’s, Costco, and WalMart.

I am very new at this too and so what are we looking for on these breads? Does it say SWG on the package and is it only in the freezer section?

Hi, Jsenecal56, and welcome. The package will likely say “sprouted” and/or “whole grain”. Unless it is Food for Life/Ezekiel brand (the gold standard) it would be good to check the ingredients list for a lack of grains that look refined in any way.
