How much of the food on the menu planner do you eat? Do you just eat 1 of the bullet pointed items listed for each meal, each day, breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner? Or do you have to eat all of the food listed?
I eat all of the items listed because all of them equals a balanced meal. I also find it is quite filling. The portions looked small and I thought I would be hungry but I am not
I tried to organize a new menu for week 2 but keep getting week 1 repeated
What am I doing wrong. Can anyone help me get started please Is there anyone else from New Zealand out there I can get in touch with
