is a dessert instead of breakfast or lunch or dinner or are they a snack. I would love to eat them but how much of the recipe is for one person, if I make 12 cakes how many can eat in one go?
The menu seem to suggest that the dessert should be eaten as a snack. I usually have mine about 2 hours after a main meal
Hi, Louise32, and thanks basketball. Yes, dessert is intended to be a snack after lunch and/or dinner, but if you want it with the meal, just trade some of the carbohydrate and fat (depending on what you like) between the meals. It is not recommended to trade the whole meal for a dessert.
Regarding recipes, some of them freeze very well, an some can be cut down in size – see the guide about “right-sizing” portions and recipes (link is in the list of links just after your weekly menu).
