Tagged: Drinking wine occassionally
Are we allowed to have a glass of wine once in awhile? Red or white? How do we make the exchange or how do I add it to the diet? Thank you for your help!
Hi, JoyceKelly. Of course! Wine (preferably dry), about 4 fluid ounces, would be swapped out for 1/2 a fat and 1/2 a carb exchange – i.e. 1/4 cup cooked pasta and 1/2 teaspoon of oil.
