MemberOn those days when time is at its premium would breaking the exercise time be beneficial? For example, 30 minutes of cardio in the morning and 30 minutes of weight training in the evening. Thoughts or other suggestions?

MemberOh! This is good to know. I have found doing cardio in the morning prior to going to work elevates my mood. The idea of jog or brisk walk when I get home in the evening is too much at this point, but lifting weights or using bands for thirty minutes appears doable. Are there any articles you could direct me to on the website regarding exercise? Thanks for your reply.

MemberHi, Martin1959. Attached is a link to our general article http://www.trimdownclub.com/burning-fat-with-the-right-activities/. In addition, if you have the Club’s extended program, it includes among the online guides something called “Exercising for Fat Loss” that provides detailed descriptions of recommended exercises, timing, etc. Beyond that, one of our affiliates also offers a discounted guide http://oldschoolnewbody.com/5steps/.
