Can anyone tell me what one cup is in volume and in weight, only have mugs in our house so no idea !
I would like to know the answer to this as well.
Do you have a measuring cup in the house?
I use the measuring cups to get the correct sizes.
Otherwise invest in a scale which measures volume and weight.
Hi all. A standard cup is 8 fluid ounces or 240 ml. Weights tend to vary widely between foods, though sometimes the volume translates to the weight (for example, a cup of yogurt does weigh 8 ounces or 240 grams).
