    Is gluten free whole grain bread , a low carb bread.? How about Ener-G brownfield bread. Walmart has them advertised on line.

    These products have the same amount of carbs as most breads, but some of the carbs are fibers, which reduces the amount of available carbs – so the impact on the body is cut in half.
