I just joined yesterday and I\’m really excited about introducing a variety of wholesome grains to my family-goodbye white paste and rice!!!
Many of the snack options in the \”Express 14-Day Meal Plan\” suggests several different types of nuts along with a favorite fruit. This is a problem for my son who is not allowed to bring in any nuts at summer camp and especially at school. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to substitute the nuts with that will compliment the fruit? I was thinking different types of cheeses but given that I\’m just getting started with reading all the material I could use some guidance.
Hi, SDButler. I suggest seeds – pumpkin and/or sunflower are the most popular, and seeds from watermelon and other squashes can be found in some stores.
