    Ingredients

    1. 1 butter nut squash
    2. 1 onion chopped
    3. 1 garlic clove chopped
    4. 1 Tbsp. butter
    5. 1 tsp. cinnamon
    6. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

    Directions

    1. Cube squash and boil in a pot of water until tender. Drain and set aside.
    2. In a pan put butter and saute the onion and garlic until tender.
    3. Add the cooked squash, walnuts and sprinkle the cinnamon over the mixture. Cook until everything is blended.

    You can add a little lite salt and pepper if you like. I sometimes add a little sugar free pancake syrup.
