MemberI have been drinking Propel Zero because I like some sweetener in my water and it has a lot of vitamins, and antioxidants. If I have 2 servings a day, is this harmful to my body? Most of the ingredients look to be naturally occurring. The most unusual seem to be acesulfame potassium, and calcium disodium EDTA. It seems to be sweetened with Splenda. I appreciate your comments. Thanks 🙂

MemberHi, slaltman6. We recommend avoiding artificial sweeteners, both carb-free and high-sugar. You can read more in our article here http://www.trimdownclub.com/the-best-way-to-sweeten-your-tea-2/.

MemberRegarding Propel, the Splenda it contains is an artificial sweetener. If you like those sorts of products, it is best to find one that is all-natural. The following is a link – even if you do not get that particular product, you can take a look at the ingredients to see the type of thing we suggest https://www.eldoradosprings.com/about-us/all-about-eldo/27-organic-vitamin-spring-water/117-organic-sicilian-orange-vitamin-water.
