I love eating the recommended fruit but it seems to be increasing problems with the candida in my system. Perhaps too much sugar, although natural? I crave the sugars more than ever -any suggestions to decrease these intense cravings?

Hi, vhill. If fruits are aggravating your candidiasis, then try swapping them out for vegetables – it is best to do this gradually, to avoid a jolt to your system. Eating protein often also helps with diminishing sugar cravings. In your case, good-quality yogurt or kefir with live cultures can be particularly helpful, as it also provides good bacteria to outdo the Candida. Hopefully you’re also steering clear of yeast- and mushroom containing foods as much as possible, and sticking with the six-small-meals-per-day rhythm of the Club program.
