Can anyone give me more details regarding the Menu Exchange. I don’t understand how it is put together??????????
Hi, Rosa101. Every user has a menu pattern based on his/her height and weight, based on certain numbers of food exchanges to meet nutritional needs. The exchanges are based on those of the American Diabetes Association. You can see the numbers of exchanges by clicking on “View Exchanges” to the right of your menu.
