    I’m wondering what exactly this means. I’ve made a couple of menu’s to begin with, and this item popped up as a lunch item. Does this mean pick a frozen TV dinner at the store and enjoy? Can you explain the meaning of: TV Dinner, Starch, regular Thanks!

    It means a TV dinner based on a pasta, rice, or potato dish, without meat, not “light”.
    If it appears on your menu, the intention is for you to eat it.
