lizbethMac237MemberI am a newbie and my Menu Health Level is at 86%. I guess the higher it is the better for you. How can I get mine higher?

TdulongMemberHi lizbeth, i think i read that to increase your numbers you should try more things in the dark blue areas of food lists. the lighter blue the lower the health level. I hope someone agrees with me.
My big question is (i just started too), i got my first weeks menu but how and when do i get future weeks menu’s? surely we don’t continue using one over and over??August 1, 2013 at 12:00 am #13718
TdulongMemberHi again lizbeth- thought i better correct myself, I had the light blue and dark blue food items backward. use the light blue for better (higher nutrition number)and dark blue for lower values. hope i didn’t confuse you too much. sorry

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Lizbeth, and welcome. Tdulong is correct – choosing more of the lighter blue items will increase your score.
Tdulong, I answered your Menu Planner question in another post, but I will put the answer here, too: you can go through the same Menu Planner process each week, or if you want to use the same foods each week, just go straight to the “Snacks” tab, scroll down to the bottom, and click on “Finish” – you will get a new set of daily menus.

walieMemberWhat about green beans? I don’t see them listed anywhere. Am I overlooking them; or are they a good replacement for something else?
