I had twins 5 months ago two beautiful boys. One breast feeds so……… Do I need more food. I gained 35lbs when I was pregnant but have only lost 15lbs and my weight is creeping up. anyone out there that has any suggestion

Breastfeeding does indeed increase nutritional needs, but if you are gaining weight, that is an indication that you were getting enough calories; however, you still need to be sure you are getting enough vitamins, minerals, high-quality protein, and good fats.
