MemberHi, Donna. These items are found in health-oriented shops, online, and sometimes in large supermarkets that have a “health food” section. Where do you live? I may be able to find something more specific for you.

MemberHi, Donna. Whole Foods Market carries these. This is a link to store locations http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/stores/list/uk.

MemberI live in Corpus Christi, Texas. To my knowledge we have no Whole Foods store here. Where do I find most of these ingredients?? Have never heard of a good many of these things. I just signed up and I am overwhelmed and disappointed already. I live alone and rarely cook. Now it seems I must cook all the time. Can’t start the menu planning because it is set in metric and won’t give me the option of changing. I think this may have been a bad mistake.

MemberHi Donna – I am with you. The more I look the more I get discouraged. No wonder why Americans are obese today. We have NO good food and we have just been brainwashed thinking what we are eating is good for us. Don’t get me started on that today. I was looking at purchasing so SWG flour to try to make that bread they show and it is $25.00+ for 5 lbs. Hope you get some answers. I be keeping watch.
