Ingredients
- ½ lb of lean steak strips for stir fry
- ½ cucumber
- ½ tomato
- ½ red bell pepper
- ½ onion sliced in thin strips
- ½ low-fat marble cheese
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ½ tsp seasoning salt or sea salt
- 4 whole grain with flax seed tortillas/wraps
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ hot pepper, sliced
Directions
- Add the oil to the pan, sauté steak until no longer pink.
- Add onions, bell and hot pepper.
- Add Worcestershire, salt, and garlic.
- Cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes.
- Dice cucumber and tomato. Shred the cheese.
- Place cooked, seasoned meat, diced vegetables, and sour cream in the tortilla, and wrap it up!
