Hi, Patnjaxfl. While we encourage green tea in this program, the Diet Green Tea product contains artificial sweeteners, which we do not encourage. It would be preferable for you to make your own iced tea from green tea (even better if from whole leaves) and add natural flavor such as fresh lemon, and a natural sweetener such as monk fruit or xylitol.
