There is too much to read, it’s overload, I am confused I can’t see the wood from the trees. I wish I’d stopped at the free talk on line. I am not looking at loosing too much weight but very interested in the healthy approach to eating and trying get rid of that stubborn tummy. I am keen to have some of the basics explained and also sweetcorn , which type you can and can’t eat? Trans fats, what else should we avoid with trans fat in other than margarine. What bread can I eat?
Please help me take some bite size information on board.

Hi, lyane. Try starting with the main Program Guide (in My Downloads), which provides a fair amount of information. Then just move on to the Menu Planner, which provides foods lists – the items in the lightest blue are the healthiest. Beyond that, you can read up on oils/fats, bread, tea, etc. in the articles section – type the key term you are seeking, and relevant articles will be displayed.

Hi I am Jessica, I am just getting started today. Everything information wise is great. Was hoping for more fruit being that I am not a veggie eater. My thing is I am a mother of 6 and work 3 days a week 12 hours a day. My breaks do not give me enough time to eat besides lunch time and then snacks in between are not realistic at work. What can I do to fill that void? And are there any fruits that are ok to have and have more of? How about Oh Yeah shakes can they be a substitute!

Hi, Jessica, and welcome! Shakes absolutely are the solution for you, and a fair number of our busiest members do that for their snacks. Please see our recipes here – you’ll notice that some of them have a way to ‘hide’ vegetables in the fruit. Try adding some nut flour in them for protein. http://www.trimdownclub.com/?s=shake&post_type=recipe
