Can I use Splenda instead of Stevia? What’s the difference
Hi, Patifer. Splenda is an artificial sweetener, which we don’t recommend in this program. Artificial sweeteners have been shown to interfere with weight loss efforts, in addition to any potential health risks. Stevia is a natural sweetener, from a plant source – some brands (such as Truvia) are processed, though, so be sure to read the label carefully. Another difference is that Stevia has more of an aftertaste – if that bothers you, you can try monk fruit sweetener, which is natural, but with a little less of an aftertaste.
