What is Block Cheese?
What about an occasional cup of wine?
Hi, purificacion. Block cheese is hard cheese like cheddar, provolone, Swiss, etc.
An occasional glass of wine is absolutely fine – you will find wine in the Menu Planner in the Dinner section, Fats, Beverages (because the body treats it as fats). A serving is 4-5 fl oz.
Thank you Ossie
A glass of wine often turns up on my menu for my morning snack!
10:30 a.m. is a bit early for a glass of wine.
Hi, Parfitt. Thanks for the notice – I am forwarding your post to our tech support team.
In the meantime, do take advantage of the swap out function – the little circular arrow icon next to the wine on your menu. If you see a serving of fat at dinner, you can replace that with the wine.
