I have just started this week and all was going well, then because i have a family i didn,t have time to do something seperate for myself, so i cooked an italian beef cass which has healthy ingredients in it but when i went on the scales in the morning i had put on a pound, so now i feel quite dishearted. The receipe has pasta(wholewheat, peppers,celery,onions,courquettes,carrot,tin of tomatoes and 1 tin of con tomato soup, which served six of us, please help

Just as likely – if you were on restrictive diets before starting this program, it may take your body a little while to get the metabolic rate up. You can give it a kick-start by either adding exercise, or changing your current exercise to work a new set of muscles.
