I’m very new to this and have just done my first ever food plan. I am finding it hard to understand what the food is and where I would buy such food can you buy it in a supermarket or do you have to go to a health shop. What is grass fed milk how would I know and what about 100% wholegrainbread please help
Hi, Lin331, and welcome. These foods are available in health-oriented stores, including large chains such as Whole Foods Market and Trader Joes, and are even entering superstores such as WalMart, CostCo, Target, and Amazon.
Grass-fed milk is from cows that are allowed to grass in pastures for part or all of their feed – this improves the nutritional quality of the milk greatly. 100% whole grain bread is something that will be on the label – “100% whole” is actually a legal term that ensures there are no refined flours in the product.
