where can I buy unsweetened fruit juices in the uk?
Hi, panadarko. Health-oriented shops such as Whole Foods Market are reliable, but here’s an example from Tesco to get you started in the larger marketplace: “100% Pure Squeezed Orange Juice Smooth Not From Concentrate” http://www.tesco.com/groceries/Product/Details/?id=276956500.
Hi
can you advise if the James White Beet It organic beetroot juice is Ok for this programme. The carton states that it us Not from Concentrate. A nurse at my medical practice suggested it as a good juice to drink as it can help lower blood pressure long term and be used as part of a healthy calorie controlled diet.
I drink about a litre of the juice every 4/5 days.
