I like to eat Fat Free Greek Yogurt for breakfast but this doesn’t seem like one of the choices I am offered at breakfast. Is there a way to fit this in?
Hi, ima9ergirl. You can slip it in for any “milk” or “cheese” that appears, if it is plain. If it is fruit flavored, also cut back on a carb somewhere.
