So I purchased a Trampoline and was able to bounce for a minute today. I took my blood pressure right after that. The top number had escalated to 157 which I think would be normal but the bottom number dropped to 48 without any affect on my heart rate, remained at 64. Does anybody know what might be happening? Is this normal or am I on my way to a stoke or heart attack?
Hi, smsupersuper. Are you being followed by a healthcare professional? I suggest you check in with one, and let him or her know about your new exercise mode.
