If you use Stevia instead of zylitol in the peanut butter cookies will it be OK and will it change the texture or the recipe in any way?
Hi, Deborah. The amount will certainly be different. The ratio is about 1/3 cup of xylitol for each teaspoon of Stevia. The texture should be about the same.
I have stevia in two forms. Liquid and powder that measures like sugar.
Is Setevia sweeter than xylitol? I have xylitosweet but so far no very plesed with it?
Stevia seems a little sweeter to me. but it has a bit of an aftertaste. so I mix them!lol
