    Hi I would like to start with a detox diet… Is there any diet that you recoment for me…

    Hi, Beatriz. This program, if followed to the letter (using the foods in the lightest blue in the Menu Planner lists), is considered a detox diet. It is the best choice because it also meets your nutritional needs, so you don’t risk rebound weight gain.
