Ingredients
- 3 medium Bananas, ripe, mashed
- ⅓ cup / 80 ml Applesauce, unsweetened
- 2 cups / 460 ml Oats, steel-cut or rolled
- ¼ cup / 60 ml Almond Milk, unsweetened
- ½ cup / 120 ml Raisins (optional)
- 1 tsp / 5 ml Vanilla
- 1 tsp / 5 ml Cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C. Brush or mist a baking sheet with olive oil.
- Combine all ingredients, and mix until well-blended.
- Place two-tablespoon mounds of the batter onto prepared baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F / 175°C for 15-20 minutes.
