What is the exchange & serving size for this recipe!
Hi, Beth. The serving size is 3 ounces (85 grams) of pork + 1/4 cup (60 ml) of cooked onions, and the exchanges per serving are 3/4 carb + 3 proteins.
Sounds good. But I’m single and this would make too much food…I’d be eating it for weeks since the plan doesn’t take leftovers into consideration when making my menus.
Hi, Trudy. Try this reference for cutting the size down – http://www.trimdownclub.com/reducing-the-size-of-recipes.
It is sooooo good. It makes a lot for us also, but I freeze half of it for another easy meal. We eat it the first night… and the second night… Then, the third day we make sandwiches… If any is left, we add BBQ sauce and make pulled pork. Hope this helps you! Debbie
