Ingredients
- 1 can garbanzo beans
- ½ c fresh cilantro chopped finely
- 1 roasted jalapeno
- 2 roasted garlic cloves minced
- 1 Tbs olive oil
Directions
- Roast 2 cloves garlic and 1 jalapeno in a piece of foil with 1 Tbs coconut oil At 400 °F for 15-20 minutes.
- Put all ingredients in a food processor or a Ninja.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Serve with gluten free crackers, or baby carrots and veggies.
