Ingredients
- 15 Medjool dates
- ⅔ cup / 160 ml salted peanuts
- ¼ cup / 60 ml finely-ground unsweetened coconut, toasted (optional)
Directions
- Pit dates (if not already pitted).
- Put ingredients in a blender and it will start to form a ball.
- Using rounded teaspoons (about 8 ml) of the mixture at a time, form balls.
- Either flatten the balls with a fork into criss-cross patterns, or leave in ball form and roll in toasted coconut.
- Chill for several hours, and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
