    This 14 day meal plan is discussed in the menu planner. Does it exist by itself? Is it an app? I am confused. It sounded like it was a quick start plan to get going and learn how to follow a healthy menu.

    Hi, Mimi2u. You can find it in “My Downloads” above. It isn’t an app, just a PDF file. Scroll down a bit through the list – it is considered one of the bonuses.
