Where does it tell you what your exact exchanges are for each meal and each snack? I’m sorry to ask so many questions but I’m still trying to figure this out and understand it completely as this is a forever change! I love it!
Hi, Deborah. No problem! To the right of your menu, you will see “View Menu Exchanges”. Click on that.
