In a package of Ramen noodles always comes a little pack of seasonings. Oriental, Pork, chicken. Are we able to use these? I always save these to make stir fry vegetables. But I don’t know what’s in them.Flavor!

Hi, Deborah. The packets are usually high in sodium (MSG), and hydrogenated fats, so we wouldn’t recommend them. There are a number of great herb+spice blends without those additives.
Regarding the soups themselves, is there another noodle soup you can use? The ramen noodles themselves are rather problematic in that they are made from white flour and fried.

I don’t eat the soup except when I crunch them up and bake them to go in salads. But I’ve not been using them since I started this program. ok I’ll have to figure out something tasty for stir fry???What about bouillon??? sodium?? I just can’t thank you enough.

Low-sodium boullion is usually fine, but again, it is good to check the ingredients. The organic boullions are usually more reliable in that regard. There are also seasoning products like the Mrs. Dash “seasoning blend” line (non-organic, but really great).
